  I purchased a Samsung Washing Machine in February 2012....it was under recall for a minor fault and when the technician came out to fix the problem, he found that this washing machine has been dropped and severely damaged and glued back together...On the day I rang the store and spoke to a salesman, he then spoke to the Technician and I was told the Manager would ring me on Monday.....that was three weeks ago, and I havent heard from him....When I went to the store to show them the photos and find out what they were going to do about it, the girl on the desk told me to take it up with Samsung....my answer to her was I did not buy it from Samsung...I bought it from you...no use she just kept telling me to phone Samsung....I wouldnt bother to buy anything else from them...as I think I could get MUCH better service elsewhere

  Was Renting a computer and decided to upgrade after my first 2 years and went on a 5year contract to keep the PC at the end, thought why not I should save the money in a year to fully pay it off, saved $2500 called to pay out my item and was informed that I would be required to pay out the full 5 year contract at over $9000 which was not told to me at the time of signing the contract, R.T Edwards and inRent are not an Australian company worth supporting.
